Written notice is required before returning any items back to us.
You may return the products to us whereupon a full refund will be made (excluding delivery charge), provided that the product(s) are returned in the same conditions as received. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to pay return postage. No other charges (such as restocking fees) will be made. Please note that lingerie,dresses and costumes are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons. Where items are indicated as made-to-order, no refunds will be accepted.
Simply place another order with the size you wish. You may Keep the existing shoe until you recieve the new order if you are not 100% sure which size is best, then just return the unwanted size. Please make sure you have contacted us to let us know you are changing sizes. You will then have 7 days to return the unwanted pair after receiving your new order. Once we receive your unwanted shoe, a refund will be issued for that pair.
Depending on your purchased items we will advise you the correct return address once you have emailed us.
Please include your original packing slip with your shoes or your order number, name and address on a note. You may also print out your order confirmation where it will have all these details should you not have your packing slip.
