Return Policy

Please email us before sending any items back so that we are made aware of them. We recommend using recorded delivery when sending items. Thank you.

You may return the products to us whereupon a full refund will be made (excluding delivery charge), provided that the product(s) are returned in the same conditions as received. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to pay return postage. No other charges (such as restocking fees) will be made. Please note that lingerie,dresses and costumes are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons. There may be a charge for returning made to order footwear.

To change your size

Simply place another order with the size you wish. You may Keep the existing shoe until you recieve the new order if you are not 100% sure which size is best, then just return the unwanted size. Please make sure you have contacted us to let us know you are changing sizes. You will then have 7 days to return the unwanted pair after receiving your new order. Once we receive your unwanted shoe, a refund will be issued for that pair.

Where to return your shoes

Depending on your purchased items we will advise you the correct return address once you have emailed us.

Please include your original packing slip with your shoes. Do not include your invoice.
